A rich English barleywine base of toffee, caramelized sugar and biscuity malt spent more than two years in Cognac barrels. It comes out with notes of golden raisin, dried apricot and vanilla, soft French oak, and a gentle warmth that sinks its teeth in slowly. Elegant and seductive, with a little danger underneath.
