A retro taproom that embraces the city’s buzz.

Our taproom was built in the 1960s as an auto showroom for Volkswagen so it features a 180-degree glass facade that allows our guests to enjoy the downtown skyline and watch the cars buzz by. We wanted to stay true to the original design so you’ll see mid-century modern decor throughout. Plush couches, textured walls and quartz countertops help accentuate the eclectic vibe. During the day, the taproom is flooded with natural light, but at night, it takes on a completely different vibe of city lights and sexy ambiance.

The aroma is a blend of banana, clove & bubblegum, with hints of freshly baked bread & subtle floral notes. It has a medium body with a dry finish. Flavors of sweet fruity esters, spicy phenolics from the Hefe yeast, and honey/bread notes from the wheat malt. The finish is clean & refreshing with the tiniest amount of hop bitterness to balance it all out. Perfect for these hot summer days.

This Hefe was named after a street that Quentin grew up on. This bright beer style reminded him of summers in rural west TN.
