Welcome to Wilbourne. A traditional German-style Hefeweizen that pours a hazy, golden straw color with a thick, creamy white head. The aroma is a blend of banana, clove & bubblegum, with hints of freshly baked bread & subtle floral notes. It has a medium body with a dry finish. Flavors of sweet fruity esters, spicy phenolics from the Hefe yeast, and honey/bread notes from the wheat malt. The finish is clean & refreshing with the tiniest amount of hop bitterness to balance it all out. Perfect for these hot summer days.

This Hefe was named after a street that Quentin grew up on. This bright beer style reminded him of summers in rural west TN.
