BA Gourmand (Other Half & Side Project Collab)

Gourmand is a collaborative blend born from a weekend at the Ryder Cup, where conversations between Xul, Other Half, and Side Project turned into one of our most interesting stout projects to date. Each brewery exchanged barrel-aged stouts, creating unique three-way blends at our respective breweries. The final version combines stouts aged 18 to 29 months in a variety of oak barrels before being conditioned with Cook Islands vanilla, black truffles, and caviar.

While unconventional on paper, each ingredient was used with restraint, adding subtle layers of depth and savory complexity while allowing the character of the barrels to remain firmly in the spotlight.
