An elegant taproom built for relaxed lounging and shared moments.

The second taproom for Xul Beer Company opened its doors on June 22nd, 2023. At the Hardin Valley location you can enjoy a slightly darker, more elegant atmosphere with various lounge seating as well as a media room for enjoying movies and sports.

Guests are welcome to bring in outside food to enjoy in the taproom. Dogs are more than welcome on the patio as we do have plenty of shade and water bowls available!

Using EQ’s Fluctuation grain bill, oats, and lactose in-line with Other Half’s Dream treatment we gave this HDHC version of Dreamwave Fluctuation a whirlpool of Citra Incognito, Citra Lupomax, and Galaxy. We then dry hopped with Citra, Citra LUPOMAX, and Galaxy. We can’t wait to pour this for you at Green City this year. HDHC Dream Wave Fluctuation glows while releasing aromas and flavors of deep saturated passion fruit, pineapple syrup, overripe stone fruit, and creamy lime pudding. Intense fruit flavors are explosive with a tropical fruit custard finish lined with our EQjuice melon finish.

The aroma is a blend of banana, clove & bubblegum, with hints of freshly baked bread & subtle floral notes. It has a medium body with a dry finish. Flavors of sweet fruity esters, spicy phenolics from the Hefe yeast, and honey/bread notes from the wheat malt. The finish is clean & refreshing with the tiniest amount of hop bitterness to balance it all out. Perfect for these hot summer days. This Hefe was named after a street that Quentin grew up on. This bright beer style reminded him of summers in rural west TN.
