An elegant taproom built for relaxed lounging and shared moments.
The second taproom for Xul Beer Company opened its doors on June 22nd, 2023. At the Hardin Valley location you can enjoy a slightly darker, more elegant atmosphere with various lounge seating as well as a media room for enjoying movies and sports.
Guests are welcome to bring in outside food to enjoy in the taproom. Dogs are more than welcome on the patio as we do have plenty of shade and water bowls available!

BA Gourmand

Gourmand is a collaborative blend born from a weekend at the Ryder Cup, where conversations between Xul, Other Half, and Side Project turned into one of our most interesting stout projects to date. Each brewery exchanged barrel-aged stouts, creating unique three-way blends at our respective breweries. The final version combines stouts aged 18 to 29 months in a variety of oak barrels before being conditioned with Cook Islands vanilla, black truffles, and caviar. While unconventional on paper, each ingredient was used with restraint, adding subtle layers of depth and savory complexity while allowing the character of the barrels to remain firmly in the spotlight.
