Double dry-hopped with Columbus Cryo, Chinook, and Cascade to showcase a timeless profile of bright pine, sticky resin, and vibrant citrus jumping out of the glass and carrying through every sip.
Sunshine Is My Destoyer

Gluten-free sour with red raspberry, lemon, and vanilla. Sort of a wintery version of our beloved Everybody Loves the Sunshine.
Chamber of the Lurking One
IPA - Imperial / Double New England / Hazy
A very special DDH Double IPA that was brewed with a heavy hand of oat malt then dry hopped at nearly 8 lbs per bbl of Citra, Nelson, and Peacharine.

Brewed in collaboration with Ghost for their return to Knoxville, TN for Skeletour 2026. This fruited sour is composed of jammy blackberry, maple granola and vanilla beans. Dark fruit leads the way, followed by subtle sweetness and a sharp, deliberate finish. Built with the same intention, layers, and weight as the ritual itself.
