Haus Pils
Pilsner - Other
Inspired by our love of continental pilsners Haus Pils is brewed with a blend of Weyermann Barke Pilsner malt and Domestic pilsner malt. Single decocted and fermented with our favorite German lager yeast. Hopped throughout the boil with Michigan grown Zuper Saaz and Oregon grown Sterling we feel these two hops in combination provide the classic European flavors and aromas you'd expect in a European pilsner while abiding to our environmental sustainability goal. Delicate grainy and grassy pilsner malt notes lay the base for the "nobleish" hops to shine. Light floral, fresh grass, and citrus aromas with a bone dry clean finish.
Schwarzbier
A classic Schwarzbier that’s as smooth as it is drinkable. Light-bodied with balanced notes of chocolate, coffee, and a hint of roast, this black lager delivers rich flavor without the weight and finishes crisp and dry.

Chiswick
Bitter - Extra Special / Strong (ESB)
Chiswick is an ESB brewed with East Kent Golding hops which provide a balanced herbal and earthy hop bitterness. There is a moderate malt presence with notes of caramel and toasted bread. Overall a well-balanced and approachable ale.
The name, Chiswick, comes from the district in west London where the first ESB was brewed.

Pilsner - Italian
Respect the day, honor the night. These journeys through mortality, the facing of immense questions of our finite ends. And yet there shall always remain one reaffirming truth. After the darkness comes the bright light. A take on crisp, herbaceous, and uber-refreshing Italian-style Pilsner. A blend of pilsner malts create the base, while a collection of German hops provide the bright aromatics and floral flavor components. After a slow step-down crash, we dry-hopped with Hallertau Blanc, Huell Melon and Grungeist. The beer then lagers for many moons before delivering this burst of dry Verdicchio wine, strawberry soda, and citrus-baked pastry.
