Grodzisk is our take on the classic Polish Grodziskie, a historical beer style from the town of Grodzisk Wielkopolski in western Poland, often called “Polish Champagne." This 3.9% smoked lager pours a light golden hue with a lively, effervescent carbonation and a crisp, dry finish. Brewed with 100% Weyermann oak smoked wheat malt, it delivers a delicate, refined smokiness that never overwhelms. Chiswick is an ESB brewed with East Kent Golding hops which provide a balanced herbal and earthy hop bitterness. There is a moderate malt presence with notes of caramel and toasted bread. Overall a well-balanced and approachable ale. The name, Chiswick, comes from the district in west London where the first ESB was brewed.
