Brewed with Simcoe & a little bit of Citra then bombed out with Simcoe and Simcoe Cryo followed by another healthy addition of Simcoe Cryo. All the Simcoe! Meet Karrington. She’s new to the Xul team & also new to Knoxville! She’s been in the service/beer industry for 10 years and most recently worked at Atlantic Ale House in Johnson City. Karrington is a workaholic that loves the outdoors, travel & any spontaneous adventure - mountain biking, snowboarding, roller skating, hiking, paddle boarding, you name it! If she’s not working at Xul, you can probably find her working somewhere else, hiking, or curled up at home with her pets and a good book. Say hello next time! 👋

🪐 ꜰʀᴏᴍ ᴄʜᴀᴏꜱ 🪐 7.2% Hazy IPA with Citra, Citra Cryo, Galaxy & Phantasm Powder! Our newest drop is filled with some of our favorite hops to create bright tropical & citrus flavors and the addition of the new thiol from @phantasm.nz just sets this beer off into outer space! If you remember from Phantasm Crowns, this new thiol rich product is essentially derived from Sauvignon Blanc grape skins that provide even more citrus & tropical flavors! On tap & in Crowleys to-go!

Last week, we had our homie Davy of @orchestratedmindsbrewing up from Ft. Lauderdale to kick it for our anny party and brew a few fall-inspired pastry sours. These bad boys will drop in a few weeks so be on the lookout! 🎃 🥕 🍰 If you missed the two beers he brought up for the #FRNDZ tap takeover, fear not, we’ll definitely be doing a lot more with these guys in the near future!
