Blackie Chan’s started as a mobile sushi catering company in 2019 by owner/operator Chris Richard. With Quality, Affordability, and Excellence being the Standards of the company. Along with passion and love gave rise to being the 1st mobile sushi bar on the mobile food circuit by 2020.

  Their unique fusion of sushi and Asian cuisine with southern and Polynesian inspirations brings a rich flavorful artistic note to each of their creations.
